# Online workplace mediation

At work, a lingering conflict costs everyone. Wassit turns criticism into concrete goals and spots signs of exhaustion in the conversation, so the discussion is about what needs to change rather than who is wrong. Each person approves their messages before they are sent.

## What the AI does in this type of conflict

- Restructures criticism into work objectives.
- Spots signs of exhaustion expressed in the messages.
- Keeps a professional tone, with no value judgement.

## Rephrasing example

**What you write** — “You overload me all the time and you never acknowledge anything. As usual, I'm the one doing everything.”

**What they will read** (Reviewed and approved by you) — “Party A describes a workload they find too heavy and a lack of recognition. They would like to review priorities and the division of tasks together.”

## Four steps, and you stay in control at each one

1. **You write, as it comes** — No filter. This first draft stays between you and Wassit.
2. **The AI spots what hurts** — Judgments, comparisons, blame, threats: the four patterns that shut a conversation down.
3. **You review and choose** — Two or three rewrites. Keep one, edit it, or start over. If the message was heated, there's a short pause first.
4. **They read something they can hear** — With a note that you reviewed and approved it.

## Limits

In cases of harassment or distress at work, also talk to occupational health, staff representatives or a professional. The AI gives no legal advice.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can my employer read our messages?

No. Only the two parties of the case can access the messages, and only their approved versions.

### What does “signs of exhaustion” mean?

The AI notes signs of overload or persistent fatigue in the messages so they can be raised tactfully. It is not a medical diagnosis.

### Does the other party see my original message?

Never. They only read the version you have reviewed and approved. If you paste aggressive text back into the suggestion, it is checked again before it is sent.

### What happens to my data?

Conversations are deleted automatically after the case is closed. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your dashboard.

## Ready to write the first message?

Your original message is never shown to the other party. Creating an account and opening your first case are free.
