What usually gets in the way
The problem repeats, so irritation builds up. The message that gets sent is rarely the first one: it is the tenth, and it carries the anger of the nine before it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the message stay firm?
Yes. Rephrasing does not mean giving in: the request stays clear, only the threat disappears.
Can I attach a photo?
Yes, you can add attachments to the case. They are deleted along with it after it is closed.
Does the other party see my original message?
Never. They only read the version you have reviewed and approved. If you paste aggressive text back into the suggestion, it is checked again before it is sent.
