Wassit

Negative reviews and reputation threats: how to talk it through calmly

A threatened bad review — or one already posted — can quickly become a public fight. Wassit brings the conversation back into private and turns it into a request for redress, so both parties look for a way out before things escalate.

What usually gets in the way

The customer uses the review as the only leverage they think they have; the business experiences it as blackmail. Both dig in, and the discussion moves into public view.

What you write

Just wait for the review I'm going to leave. Everyone will know how you treat your customers.

What they will read

Party A is unhappy with how they were treated and is considering leaving a review. They would first like to be heard and find a solution directly with you.

  4. They read something they can hearWith a note that you reviewed and approved it.

Frequently asked questions

Can Wassit get a review removed?

No. It helps both parties talk; the decision to post, edit or remove a review belongs to its author.

Do the exchanges stay private?

Yes. Only the two parties can access them, and everything is deleted after the case is closed.

Does the other party see my original message?

Never. They only read the version you have reviewed and approved. If you paste aggressive text back into the suggestion, it is checked again before it is sent.

What happens to my data?

Conversations are deleted automatically after the case is closed. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your dashboard.

Ready to write the first message?

Your original message is never shown to the other party. Creating an account and opening your first case are free.
