What usually gets in the way
Repeated arguments follow a familiar script: a complaint, a defence, a counter-complaint. Each person reacts to the tone rather than the substance, and the real need — to be heard, helped, loved — is never put into words.

What you write
You never listen to me. As soon as I talk you pick up your phone, you don't care about me.
What they will read
Party A feels unheard when they talk and that the phone takes over. They need attention and would like some screen-free time together.

Frequently asked questions
Why write to the person I share my life with?
Because writing forces a pause. The review step lets you choose your words instead of reacting instantly.
Is the reflection timer mandatory?
Only when the original message is judged heated. A calm message can be approved without waiting.
Does the other party see my original message?
Never. They only read the version you have reviewed and approved. If you paste aggressive text back into the suggestion, it is checked again before it is sent.
What happens to my data?
Conversations are deleted automatically after the case is closed. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your dashboard.
Ready to write the first message?
Your original message is never shown to the other party. Creating an account and opening your first case are free.
